A mix of pulses and lentils – red kidney beans (rajma), black lentils (urid dal) and split chickpeas (channa dal)- simmered with tomatoes, onions and coconut milk to make a rich and indulgent dal! Traditionally made with butter and cream, our version is lighter and healthier, and really tasty!
