Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Onions (55%), Gram Flour (25%) ,Chilli Powder, Madras Curry Powder (Mustard), Garam Masala, Salt, Ginger & Garlic Paste, Water, Rapeseed Oil (contains anti foaming agent), Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Ajwain (Carom seeds).

Madras Curry Powder contains: Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Lentil, Chilli, Mustard, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cassia, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel.
Garam Masala contains: Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Fennel, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger, Star Anise, Bayleaves, Green Cardamom, Sunflower oil.

PAKORA DIP 50g
INGREDIENTS: Onions (55%), Mango Chutney (10%) (Mango, Sugar, Vinegar, Garlic, Chilli, Acetic acid), Tomato Puree (10%), Mixed Peppers, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Water.

How to Cook

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

All appliances vary - check food is piping hot before serving

Our starters are best cooked in the oven from frozen.

OVEN: Fan 170°C / Electric 190°C / Gas mark 5.

Remove bhajis from tray and place on a baking tray in the centre of preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, turning half way. Rest for 2 minutes before serving

Defrost pakora sauce at room temperature or 20 seconds in microwave.
