Mint and Coriander Chutney Recipe
Mint and Coriander Chutney is an easy, delicious and flavourful accompaniment that goes well with almost every Indian snack or starter. Delicious with our Pakoras or Samosas. Praveen shares his easy to make recipe enjoyed by his family back in India.
100g Fresh coriander leaf roughly chopped.
50g Fresh mint leaf roughly chopped.
10g Roasted cumin seed powder
50g Natural yoghurt.
Salt to taste.
Heat a small pot on medium heat add cumin seeds and dry roast them
