Chicken Chasni - 350g

Chicken Chasni - 350g (serves 1)

Chicken Chasni is dish traditionally from Jaipur - Chasni meaning the sugar syrup used for making Indian sweets. Leftover sugar syrup was added to a curry to make a sweet and slightly sour dish - tangy, creamy and delicious, with tender pieces of british chicken breast.

Our recipe blends our family grown spices with single cream and mango & beetroot for that sweet and tangy taste and a mild family favourite.
