We still make all our Nan the traditional way – Our Peshwari Nan is stuffed with coconut and almond powder and cooked in a traditional tandoori oven.

Ingredients: White wheat flour - self raising (WHEAT/GLUTEN), (Wheat flour, Raising agents, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), 86.9%, Desiccated coconut (8%), Water, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil (contains anti foaming agent) Salt, Almond Powder, Single Cream, Milk

How to Cook

Please adjust cooking times accordingly - if overheated, your dish may dry out.

For the best results, reheat Nan in the oven from frozen.

Remove all packaging

OVEN: Preheat oven: Fan 170°C / Electric 190°C / Gas MK5. Remove all packaging, and place the Nan on a baking tray. Sprinkle with a little water and place in the centre of your oven for approx 8-10 minutes (depending how crispy you like your nan), turning once halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Ensure the food is piping hot.

MICROWAVE: Place nan onto a microwaveable plate and sprinkle with a little water. Microwave on full (850W) for approximately 1 min. Turn nan over and return to microwave for a further 30 seconds.
