Lamb Makhani

Slow-cooked Lamb Pieces in a rich and smooth sauce. It has roots in the first Moti Mahal Restaurant in Delhi and was invented there the 1950’s.


Lamb (30%), Chopped Tomato (15%), Fried Onion (10%), Almond Powder (5%), Single Cream (5%) (Milk), Salt, Sugar, Beetroot, Tomato Puree, Mango Chutney, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Ginger & Garlic Paste, Rapeseed Oil (contains anti foaming agent), Madras Curry Powder (Mustard), Coconut Cream (contains Sulphur dioxide) Turmeric Powder, Water.

Madras Curry Powder contains: Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Lentil, Chilli, Mustard, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cassia, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel.
Garam Masala contains: Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Fennel, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger, Star Anise, Bay leaves, Green Cardamom.
Mango Chutney contains : Mango, Sugar, Vinegar, Garlic, Chilli, Acetic acid.
Chopped Tomatoes contains: Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)
Fried Onion Contains : Onions, Corn starch, Sunflower oil, Salt.
