A hearty vegan dish from north India. A great combination of Saag (Spinach & mixed greens) and Aloo (potato) with delicious spices - it goes well with rice or nan. This flavourful curry is an excellent side dish or vegan main course.
Ingredients: Potatoes (45%), Peeled Tomato (10%), Spinach (13%),Mustard leaves(7%),Mix peppers(5%),Onion(9%),Chilli powder, Garam Masala Powder, Madras curry powder,Turmeric, Salt, Ginger and Garlic paste, Rapeseed Oil, Cumin, Coconut Cream, Mustard,Coriander powder.
Madras Curry Powder contains: Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Mustard, Peppers, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel.
Peeled Tomato contains: Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity regulator (Citric acid).
Garam Masala Powder contains Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Fennel, Black Pepper, Nutmeg.
Ginger garlic paste contain: Ginger, Garlic, Rapeseed oil, Water.
