  • Saag Aloo (VEGAN)- A hearty vegan dish from north India. A great combination of Saag (Spinach & mixed greens) and Aloo (potato) with delicious spices - it goes well with rice or nan. 
  • Channa Masala (VEGAN)Chickpeas taken to the next level – stewed with golden onions, tomatoes and aromatic spices to make a delicious vegan curry or side dish.
  • Spinach Tadka Dal (VEGAN) Slowly simmered Red Lentils, with Praveen’s market garden grown spinach and a garlic and ginger tadka. Dal is a fantastic lentil dish, eaten every day as part of a meal all over India. (Gluten Free)
  • Paneer Butter Masala (VEGETARIAN) - Cubes of Paneer (Firm Cottage Cheese) in a tomato sauce with cream, butter and spices.

Sides: 2 x Pilau Rice (VEGAN) for 2 and 1 of our Tandoori Nan (contains milk).
