- Saag Aloo (VEGAN)- A hearty vegan dish from north India. A great combination of Saag (Spinach & mixed greens) and Aloo (potato) with delicious spices - it goes well with rice or nan.
- Channa Masala (VEGAN)- Chickpeas taken to the next level – stewed with golden onions, tomatoes and aromatic spices to make a delicious vegan curry or side dish.
- Spinach Tadka Dal (VEGAN)- Slowly simmered Red Lentils, with Praveen’s market garden grown spinach and a garlic and ginger tadka. Dal is a fantastic lentil dish, eaten every day as part of a meal all over India. (Gluten Free)
- Khumb Matar (VEGAN)- A delicious vegan dish of fresh scottish mushrooms and green peas with a thick sauce of medium spice.
Sides: 1 x Saffron Rice (VEGAN) for 2 and 2 of our Tandoori Nan (contains milk).
