Mixed vegetable Pakora - 225g, Serves 1-2, perfect for sharing!

We use a selection of British vegetables – Onions, Peas, Beans , Carrots, Sweetcorn and Broad beans– to make our popular Vegetable Pakoras. Served with our spicy Pakora sauce for dipping.

Ingredients

Gram flour (20%), Onions (8%), Carrot (12%), Peas (12%), Sweetcorn, Broad beans, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Curry Powder, Salt, Water, Coriander Powder, Rapeseed oil (anti-foaming agent), Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Coriander seeds.

Curry Powder contains: Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Lentil, Chilli, Mustard, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cassia, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel

Garam Masala Powder contains: Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Fennel, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger, Star Anise, Bay Leaves, Green Cardamon.

Pakora Dip (50g) Ingredients

Onion (55%), Mango Chutney (10%) (Mango chutney contains: Mango, sugar, vinegar, Garlic, Chilli, Acetic Acid), Tomato Puree (10%), Mixed Peppers, Fruit Cocktail, Fresh Coriander, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Curry Powder, Salt.

Our crispy Pakora are made with naturally gluten free gram flour and contain no gluten containing ingredients.

However we do handle gluten in our kitchen so all products will be marked as 'may contain' and cooked in a kitchen that also handles Gluten, Dairy, Peanuts and Nuts

How to Cook

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

These instructions are a guide - your appliance power may vary. Please adjust cooking times accordingly - if overheated, your dish may dry out.

For the best results for our pakoras, reheat in the oven from frozen.
OVEN:

1. Preheat oven: Fan 170°C / Electric 190°C / Gas MK5.

2. Remove sleeve, film and Pakora Sauce tub, and place the pakoras on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 12-15 minutes

3. After 10 minutes, remove from the oven, turn the pakoras over (give them a shoogle), and then return to the oven for the remaining cooking time.

4. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot.
